DAY 0 - Morning

[Good morning, contestants!

One moment, you were receiving a mysterious envelope marked "Greetings from Islandia". The next moment, you're waking up on a beach.

Twenty-four people are scattered across the sands of a beautiful tropical beach, all somewhere in the middle of waking up. To your right, a sunrise over a gentle sea. To your left, dense, vibrant jungle.

There are two signs of civilization here! One is a shipwreck, about half of a good-sized ship emerging morosely from the waves. The other is a wooden sign at the edge of the jungle, showing simply an arrow pointing deeper into the island. Looking a bit closer, there is a narrow but well-maintained path into the jungle.

[Robin braced herself against the boat and pushed as hard as she could. And, as though a miracle, the boat began to move out to the water.]

We're doing it, man!

Yeah! It looks like it's going out...

[Maybe they should have tried getting on it.]

[Oooooh. stomping the ground in frustration.]

AAUUUUGH!! AW MAAAN!

That... was probably a bad mistake.

[Just... stomping around, kicking sand, generally being very angry at the fact that they were that stupid.

The boat seems pretty happy, at least. If boats can be happy.]
