DAY 0 - Morning

[Good morning, contestants!

One moment, you were receiving a mysterious envelope marked "Greetings from Islandia". The next moment, you're waking up on a beach.

Twenty-four people are scattered across the sands of a beautiful tropical beach, all somewhere in the middle of waking up. To your right, a sunrise over a gentle sea. To your left, dense, vibrant jungle.

There are two signs of civilization here! One is a shipwreck, about half of a good-sized ship emerging morosely from the waves. The other is a wooden sign at the edge of the jungle, showing simply an arrow pointing deeper into the island. Looking a bit closer, there is a narrow but well-maintained path into the jungle.

You can't rush things like frog names! I'm not going to give up until I find the perfect one.

Thanks, but that's okay! He's my frog, so I have to name him myself.

I guess that's true too! [Maybe it was some sort of rule between owners and their pets? She's never had one, though.] But at least you'll have fun naming him, I'm sure.

Uh-huh! He's a pretty special frog. He was the last frog of the season! And he followed me all the way here to this island! He's amazing! So he deserves a perfect name.

The last frog of the season, huh. ... Wow, really, really? He followed you aaaaall the way here? That really is amazing!

Yeah! I'm glad you think so. You should see him if he decides to start singing!

He sings too? Wow, that really is amazing! I've never heard of a singing frog before.

Yeah, most of them just like to dance or play the trombone!

Eh? Eh...? I've never seen them dancing or playing the trombone before, either! Weird...

That is weird! I hope you get to see a frog band someday!

Maybe someday! But for noooow, I guess I'll have to wait.
