DAY 0 - Morning

[Good morning, contestants!

One moment, you were receiving a mysterious envelope marked "Greetings from Islandia". The next moment, you're waking up on a beach.

Twenty-four people are scattered across the sands of a beautiful tropical beach, all somewhere in the middle of waking up. To your right, a sunrise over a gentle sea. To your left, dense, vibrant jungle.

There are two signs of civilization here! One is a shipwreck, about half of a good-sized ship emerging morosely from the waves. The other is a wooden sign at the edge of the jungle, showing simply an arrow pointing deeper into the island. Looking a bit closer, there is a narrow but well-maintained path into the jungle.

I don't know, I don't know, and any shoreline technically could have ship wrecks...

[She reaches a hand out.] Come on Hibiki, off the dirt.

[wildrhythm]

[Hibiki takes Kanade's hand, gets up, brushes herself off, and looks around.]

I was getting a "mysterious abandoned island" feeling from this place, but there's actually a lot of people around, huh.

[sweetssuite]

Well, that doesn't mean you're wrong.

[Coming from Kanade, that may be a high compliment!]

No one else looks like they have anymore clue than we do, honestly.

[wildrhythm]

But who would just grab a bunch of people and drop them on a deserted island with no explanation?

I mean, Falsetto probably would, but we already defeated him...

[sweetssuite]

[A suffering sigh.] There's no telling, really. We might have beaten Falsetto and Noise, but... There could always be something else out there.

[She looks around a bit shiftily, before leaning in.] Do you have your Module? Fairy Tones?

[wildrhythm]

[That would have been a good thing to think about before this exact second, huh. Time to check.]

...Yeah, they're here. What about you?

[sweetssuite]

[In response, Fari sticks his yellow head up behind her shoulder grinning. She sighs and shoves him back away, nodding.] Got them.

[She looks back out at the gathered people, scrunching her nose.] I don't see Ellen or Ako anywhere, though...

[wildrhythm]

Well, we solved all sorts of problems before they joined the team, so hopefully it'll be okay with just us.

[sweetssuite]

[Well... that gives her a little bit of confidence, at least.] You're right, I guess I'd just feel a bit better if we had the back up. Still... it could be worse, I could have wound up here alone.
