[It's been a long walk, but welcome to Lounge Two! It looks a lot like Lounge One, although the food spread isn't quite as impressive this time. Gotta motivate some hardcore survival, after all.

CONGRATULATIONS! You've made it through the first day, and it's time to relax... but not for long! Eat well, check out your new rooms, and when the sun touches the horizon, it'll be time for... the Trial of Justice!

[Time to eat, relax, and talk strategy for tonight's trial!

In addition to the amenities from the first lounge, each room has been quipped with some sort of vending machine that takes gold coins...]

[She apparently vended herself a pair of boots and one of those final message thingies.]

[After you've had some time to kick back, all of you are called to a clearing behind the lodge. There's plenty of room for everyone, and a ring of 23 torches around the perimeter. hanging from each is a slip of paper and a pen. In the center is a bonfire.]

Welcome, welcome, one and all, to the TRIAL OF JUSTICE! It's time for you to use your cunning and know-how to figure out which of you are ordinary contestants, and which ones are sinister spies!

Once you've made your decision, write the name of the person you most wish to eliminate from the game on your paper, then throw it into the fire. To vote not to eliminate anyone, leave it blank! Once everyone has cast their ballot, I'll announce the shocking results!

Ready... set... JUDGE!

[Sitting in the back of the group, Leorio looks impatient to be here. He wants to win, sure, but this rooting-out-suspicious-persons deal isn't really his forte.]

Meh, I got no idea who's suspicious. Can't we just vote for Hisoka? That guy creeps me out.

he waits until the paper is completely eaten up by the flames, then he slips his hands into his pockets and turns away again. and that's that.

c'mon, guys, it seriously isn't that hard. ]

I think we should all abstain. Without proof, we've got low odds of hitting a spy. It's basic math!

[She pauses a moment to give people time to react and then proceeds on.]

We've all forgot about one of the most important parts of securing a conviction! The motive! The spies must have had some reason to choose Sadao Maou for first ejection! Figure out their motive and that will lead us closer to the identities of the spies!

Why not just vote off the one whom nobody would suspect?

[you might have seen this dude lurking earlier today and generally keeping some kind of distance. that is pretty normal for him, which is why axel cannot believe he is doing this, but everyone is so all over the place it's kind of making him twitch. he tries to get everybody's attention now, though.]

Alright, alright--so! Breakdown: people've talked about voting from gut instincts, abstaining altogether, trying to actually deduce a possible spy based on the first night kick-out, voting from least suspicious to most suspicious... has anyone considered planning for a more long-term strategy here? It's pretty much the only way anybody's gonna win this game.
